ENGAGING AUDIENCES

Birmingham’s biggest free arts festival has no problem getting noticed during its 3-day schedule – but what about during the rest of the year?

We re-developed the web site for the festival to include a community aspect that encourages audience participation online, as well as at the event itself, and made important forms available online, cutting down administration time for festival staff. For the 2008 festival, this site will be truly interactive, connecting with people through YouTube clips, Facebook groups and more. The result has been continued use of the site during the 362 days of the year that the festival is not in effect.

The site has been designed in-keeping with the event’s rebranding, which rolled out in 2006.
